Payment is to be made within 3 business days upon receiving of our confirmation email which includes our bank account number or our paypal account. After payment is done, please inform us via email for payment verification. We will send you a payment confirmation email which includes our contact number and payment details

We STRONGLY suggest that;
1. you wait till you receive our order confirmation before making payment to us. This will ensure hassle free ordering without second or third time transfers for top-ups, etc and also it will help us in keeping our records neat and clean.
2. you include your IB nickname & transaction details in the IB transfer reference number. This will ensure that we can match your payment with your order.
Please remember that any complications will probably lead to delay in placing orders and dispute when matching payments. Time will also be wasted in trying to find passed records on payment etc.

1. If you are interested in our items, there are 2 ordering options to choose from.
Option 1 (Priority Customer): If you decide to transfer for an item without us sending a payment invoice to you, please made a payment including delivery fee and fill up the order form, click this link

2. Postage Prices/ Delivery:
Once payment is verified, we will send a confirmation email to you and will proceed to send out your item within 2-3 working days, unless otherwise stated.

Absolutely free as price tag in the website is inclusive normal postage delivery unless otherwise stated
Registered Post
A one-off $2.24 will be added to the total normal postage amount.

Cash on Delivery (COD) & Self Collection
Self Collection only available at these two venues: Parkway Parade and Katong Shopping Centre.
Other than these two venues will be charged an extra S$2 for transportation fee.
Make sure to prepare the exact amount of cash for our convenient.
Rest assure that at Far N Lily, everything is recorded and accounted. Do take note that we are not responsible for any packages lost via normal postage. Thus we highly advise you to opt for registered mails.
